#TransformationThursday 4 years ago I made a goal to run an Obstacle Course Race. I was overweight, smoker, drinker and lazy.....but OCRs looked like fun, so I made a change! One Simple Change at a time. Quit smoking, reduce alcohol consumption and DRINK MORE WATER! Cleaner diet, simply by turning to non gmo Whole Foods! I started working out and journaling! This page started out as my Fitness journal! If you have been with me that long, Thank you! You helped motivate me to keep going, keep growing! I continuously gave myself new goals, which with all the races available now, was easy to plan and shoot for the next one! I am in the best Physical, Mental and Emotional shape of my life and only getting better. This wasn't a miracle. No magic pills/shakes. Just a change in perception of what In thought was possible, an amazing Community around me and an undying willingness to keep moving forward, because my WHY is too strong!
