okay so ward and birdie are bffs so I feel like ward would know stu??? if not, he def knows ward from uh, brushes with the law. I don’t think he’s a huge problem, but I feel like he gets drunk a lot and he probably gets pretty rowdy/there may have been some cases of trespassing/damages to property while he’s been intoxicated but he’s also super rich so he def gets bailed out/pays whatever the damages are + some probs ... and yeah, ward basically feels like he can do what he wants/when he wants and if its a problem, he’s got money and he thinks that that solves everything so ... #facepalm

i apologize for annie because she is cray cray

ok so i feel like annie finds stu super attractive. she has this problem with will too and flirts with him all the time telling him how handsome he is and making him do her favors. ANYWAYS i feel like sally probs lets annie know anytime stu is around the apartment and the two girls #swoon over him together (i was gonna tag kate but i don’t know how to do it?? cause kate do agree this is a thing that happens?) 

BASICALLY what’s been in my head for the past day is this: annie thinks he’s smoken and the running joke is that she wants to date him. even when she likes somewhere where she’s like: ugh but stu runkin. dude stu has a lot going for him in annie’s mind, i mean he’s a cop and he drives a cop car and he arrests people like what?? so 75% of the time when she and birdie hang out, she tries to convince birdie all the time to set her and stu up for a date but birdie’s like no cause she doesn’t want annie to make things awkward cause annie would. so annie’s response is always: “well, kara dated john and sally dated alan, and everything went fine there! both kara and john, sally and alan are still friends. so it’s only fair i date stu. and you know, you can always date bobby if you feel left out!” ANNIE SLAYS 

so i don’t know how much of a relationship these two have, but in my head annie, sally, kara and birdie are all good friends who see each other 50-70% of the time and swap apartments and just hang out and are in each other’s lives a lot. also, since i’m both birdie and annie in my mind they are super close too. though they complete opposites and often probably argue about stupid things that don’t matter.
