Probably a REALLY niche label. Ever since I got diagnosed with OCD, I've detached myself from intrusive thoughts, thinking "that's not me!" Recently I've personified the thoughts so i would feel bettter that its not me. ...guess who accidently became an OCDgenic system because of that. IDK if this really applies as a unique experience. but i will throw it here cause the way we split was kinda interesting
I think it's unique because the formation was something like semi-intentional plural splitting; you got the intention to distance yourself from those thoughts but you didn't plan to make someone new to bear those thoughts, or even personify them.
We're not OCDgenic though so I don't have anything to add!
