hiii i’m from van too so i’d like to just to add a few other places the anon might be interested in, maybe? i go to cafes a lot so here’s a few of my personal favs that are close to skytrains: standing egg cafe, choco coo cafe by coquitlam! i also recommend la foret, sugar lab by metrotown! breka, 3 quarters full, cacao70 eatery at downtown! oo and even tho this isn’t a cafe, jang mo jib (both at metro + downtown) is pre good too!
