Hello, to whoever is reading this [probably no1 since I have NOT ONE FOLLOWER!!],

  I just thought that since I'm bored I should tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Amira and I am a singer/songwriter who lives in Maryland, who is trying to get herself into the entertainment industry. If you were to look at me you would think that I was between the ages of 12-16, but I promise you that I am legal. I get alot of people taking one look at me and assuming that I am years younger than I actually am, but once they find out my real age, their eyes practically pop out of their skulls because they are so surprised [LMAO. You should really see that happen. It is truly funny!!]. But enough about my appearance, lets get to the real reason why I have a tumblr: My music!

  I have been singing since I was around 5 or 6. I always knew that I wanted to be a singer, but I was terrified of singing in front of people [I know what you're thinking. How can you want to be a singer if you're afraid to sing in front of people?! But just read on because I'm going to have my epiphany moment soon]. So I pretty much thought that I could never make a career out of singing since I was afraid to sing in public, so I moved on to being a journalist [my second career choice that I could live with doing if singing didn't work out for me]. So fast forward a few years, I'm about 12 and I realize that singing is what I love the most and I will be damned if I would let fear stop me from doing something that I love. So I tell my mother that I want to be a singer and she doesn't think that I am ready, so I have to stick to singing in the shower [this is actually where I do my best singing! I love singing in the shower! It's very fun and relaxing].

  Fast forward some more years and I am like 16/17 and I am singing in the shower one day (and I am blowin'! Like literally singing my poor little heart out!) and I realize that someone is sitting on the toilet [creepy, I know], so I move the shower curtain to the side and realize that my mother is sitting there listening to me sing. And I'm like "What are you doing?!" and she's like "Now you're ready?" and I'm like "Ready for what?" and she goes "Ready to sing professionally." and I'm like "Oh. Cool!" So we eventually find a producer [K.J.] and buy some beats from him and I write to them [which is not as easy as Taylor Swift makes it sound].

  It's been about a year now and I have written and recorded 4 songs, so now I am just starting to promote myself because I need to start a following!! today in a nutshell.

wake up.

head to sing.

leave church.

go home.

tumblr.

attempt a nap, before rudely awaken by my mother.

clean.

tumblr.

decide against taking a nap.

watched movies.

"wasn't feeling so well" so decided to rest the eyes.

started a project.

went on tumblr instead.

decided against starting it.

jammed to music in my bed room. 

hopefully about to jump into a conversation on skype/oovoo.

yeah.
