A delicious and hearty keto bread that's perfect for sandwiches or toast. This farmers bread is low in carbs and high in fiber, making it a great choice for those following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup flaxseed meal. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 4 eggs. 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil. 1/2 cup warm water.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put flaxseed meal, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and mix them all together. Melt butter or coconut oil and add it to the dry ingredients. Mix well. As you stir, slowly add warm water until a dough forms. Smooth the top of the dough before putting it in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Put the bread in the oven for fifty to sixty minutes, or until it is firm and golden brown. Let the bread cool all the way down before cutting it. Serve and have fun!
