An impressive musical endeavor written and performed by musician Vivian Tylinska, Nowherer is an album performed entirely in 17EDO-- a tuning system in which the octave is divided into 17 equal parts. The resulting sound is fascinating yet bizarre, and lends itself quite well to the heaviness and frenetic energy of black metal.
