I recently got the Hollow Knight Piano Collections book for my birthday (Tysm @char2427!! I love it sm!!). I've been attempting to learn sealed vessel for the last day or two (the 16th notes in the beginning are absolutly kicking my ass), but I'm really proud of the progress I've made so far so I kinda wanted to share with you all!

4. a story idea you haven’t written yet
this is sort of "known" but my merman!vash x lighthousekeeper!reader story. i actually had most of it planned out and ready to go before i decided i wanted to make it an original story. back to the drawing board lmaoooooo
19. the most interesting topic you’ve researched for a fic
i actually looked into the mail system and librarians who traveled in the west in the 1800s to spread literacy and other things to form the reader for 150 Bullets! fascinating stuff to know these women helped spread so much culture when the U.S. was still getting its bearings. Here's an article that summarizes it well.
27. your favorite part of the writing process
i find the most exciting part is the forming of an idea. not when the idea initially appears, but seeing it grow and change, both in my mind and through my writing. like the prince!vash arrange marriage au, for example - i started with one idea of how it was going to go, but it's now going a different direction, and i can only describe it as feeling right and good and better than the first idea. it's just fun to see the process be a process, rather than something that just magically appears!
