In a way, I think it's quite sweet that your step back has been met with such a violent outcry of "STORK, NO!" lol. Most people (from what you've chosen to answer anyways) seem to be understanding and supportive, which helps remind me that fandoms can be a pleasant, positive force for good. And the more toxic parts of me are amused by the storkmuffin antis coming back out and thinking they ate 💀
(Also the timing of this is genuinely wild, my lack of reading the storkmuffin morning newspaper has resulted in me adding to your giant pile, I'm so sorry)
Still, as someone who is into other groups too, we are getting new music from Stray Kids and Yeonjun and I'd surprised if Enhypen doesn't drop something before the year is over too (I'm probably the most curious about them and what the 6 of them will give musically). So I will still be tuned in over here! (Though, I will admit, I am more partial to your Ateez writing but, you've given us over 2 years worth of writing to read and reread so, I can't be ungrateful lol.)
I had a feeling that something had gone awry when I woke up to quite the overstuffed inbox, but that anon that explained how I managed to, with the best of intentions, um, attack everyone now explains why that happened. But I locked in hard and I think I must've set some sort of personal record for answering asks in one 48 hour period lol. Thanks you guys!! It was fun. (Including the haters, who have allowed me to influence their brains all this time.)
EXCITING NEWS: ENHYPEN is set for an August 21, 2026 comeback with "The Sin: Bliss"!! It's IMMENSELY hilarious to me that the last album Heeseung was on was called The Sin: Vanish. And then the album after that is called BLISS? When did they name it BLISS? Hmmmm??
Plus!! I'm excited to look into Nouera, who is a babygroup, and keeping on eye on Yuseop, who dances FANTASTICALLY on camera but I've yet to see him on stage. They've literally only given one concert in Korea so far, they're that new. And the great, unbeatable beauty of Gen 5 Kpop has to be Lee Sangwon of Alpha Drive 1, so I am excited to look into his persona. And Ampers&One has really great songs - I keep listening to them! And Heeseung/Evan is going to be on Leemujin Service, and I'm really looking forward to that as well.
But most of all: Yeonjun - whooooooooooo I have such great, great hopes for Yeonjun. Please, Yeonjun. Do right by me.
