View from my work table Friday. It's been a long week. My mother, @kimfoaleceramics had a bilateral mastectomy on the 24th of May, and yesterday we spent the entire day in emergency while they sorted out her rapidly worsening infection. She's been admitted back to hospital for a few more nights, and honestly, it's the best place for her. It's been a long rough fortnight for everyone (mostly for her though). All of this, of course, means I am running on nervous energy and not a lot more. Orders will still be out regularly, but I'm running terribly behind on packing and labelling, so bear with me if you're waiting on new soaps to be added online. On top of that, my youngest who has health complications of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is on day 10? of being sick. I'm not sure what day it is honestly, but I may well end up with a stress response to coughing by the end of this. She's seen her paediatrician, she's fine, just has a gross upper respiratory thing and I am so tired. Emotionally tired mostly. I had really hoped she would be well enough to go to school tomorrow, but no luck. Anyway.
