From a few days ago. I keep having the worst days and my mental health is totally trashed. No matter what I try and do to recover nothing seems to work I'm so unbelievably frustrated

So not only is today my birthday, but it’s also my lucky day apparently. I was dreading doing a presentation in 6 weeks time (my worst fear is standing in front of people and talking), but I found out today that they changed it so I don’t have to a presentation anymore.
