Just saw a Tumblr post for a show I have not seen, but apparently the creators said there wouldnāt be any romances between characters in the show. And the post came off rather āso since they said that, itās OUR job to put it in there! Weāre gonna ship everyone, wooooo! You get a romance and you get a romance and you get a whole love triangle-ā
ā¦you know characters can be ace, right? Characters can be aro. Characters can be friends. Romance is not the end-all be-all of a characterās journey. Just because two characters have a moment together or hug or even say they love each other does not mean theyāre soulmates who need a Vegas wedding and a honeymoon in Hawaii. Iām honestly pretty tired of the end goal of most media being to make sure everyone has paired off and tied the knot. Sometimes people are friends.

i'm about to give him a slice of banana as a treat because I'm leaving him at home for the weekend
(he normally eats rotting leaves and sticks, sometimes dirt, sometimes he chews on the live plant in his enclosure too, the banana is a very special thing)
