cows are much more of a blocky, rectangular sort of shape while i am much rounder, curvy, sphere-like. so if you're gonna compare me to a rotund animal i think a boar/feral hog would be more on the money (i say boar and not pig bc i'm also quite hairy in leg and armpit and not above running through your yard in 3-5 minutes while your small kids play)

過去の栄光。
かつての街の中心部は今ではすっかり寂れてしまい、まるで僕の心の中のようでどこか心地良かった。
僕は神戸出身ではない。
だが自分の人生にとって最も大事な数年間を神戸で過ごし、そこで大切なものを多く失くした。
神戸という街は、いくつになっても僕の記憶から離れる事のない街だろう。
この日、僕は写真を撮ろうと何気なく神戸の元町の高架下を歩いていた。
当時の僕はそれほど頻繁にシャッターを押す人間ではなかったが、この日はメディアがいっぱいになる程撮りまくっていたのを覚えている。
家に帰って大量のRAWを現像しながら、どうしてこの日ここまで写真に夢中になっていたのかを理解した。
震災のあったあの日から、僕の知っている街は全て無くなってしまった。
だがこの元町の高架下だけは、微かに僕の知っている匂いを残していたのだ。
おそらく僕はどこにいても、自分の心の中に残っている懐かしい何かを求めてシャッターを切っているのだろう。
そう気付かせてくれたのがモトコーだった。
この日を境に、僕の写真は大きく変わることになる。
この写真は、そんな僕のターニングポイントだ。
