i can imagine a scenario where the horsemen, after splitting up, sort of just return to their lives before meeting each other.
daniel becomes the one doing corporate events for some kind of ego boost.
jack goes back to stealing because it wasn’t just for money but to fill something missing.
merritt still goes back to drinking and cruising (this felt somewhat accurate, except maybe his depression could be less of a punchline).
i can see henley either trying to continue performing or giving up entirely but this would have to be explained (and i would prefer a lost-faith plot to a “oh, yeah, she’s pregnant and also husband” cop-out easter egg plot)
lula goes back to the “underground scene” and maybe that’s in paris or alternatively she and jack don’t break up and become partners in crime stealing (basically magician bonnie and clyde).
