Anyways so from what I remember of it, it's Leonard-centric and it's an au where instead of being a criminal, Len is like a security expert that gets hired by various places to "break in" in order to test their security. Also i think Barry doesnt know Len isn't really a criminal and tries to catch him, but I could be wrong on that last part. Again it's been a very long time but I remember how much I loved it and I really wanna read it again. Please and thank you?

Don’t remember the season but it was pre-legends I’m p sure. Barry makes a deal w Snart for his help (he thinks Snart wants sexual favours but he never actually asks Barry for that, keeps teasing him abt it). I’m pretty sure it was a chaptered fic and the only main scene I remember is Snart getting Barry to put on a hockey jersey and sit on his lap to watch a hockey game w him. Barry is super embarrassed at first then realizes Snart’s looking for domestic fun as opposed to sexy times.

sitting:

Yeah I had wondered about that as well, to some extent. He’s definitely got a warrant out for him, though I don’t think it would be for what he did to Wells’s house, because I don’t think Wells told the cops it was Hartley, he said it was a teenage prank if I remember right? But he’d have a warrant out for what he did to his parents’ building and destroying that police car (and that’s assuming they don’t know it was him on the dam, but there was definitely enough eye witnesses and security cameras at the Rathaway Industries entrance to pin it as him). Even that being said though, the Flash picked him up and whisked him away (for no reason -- he could have gone to prison, his meta-ability wouldn’t preclude a regular prison holding him), so maybe they didn’t draft up a proper warrant on account of that?

Hey guys! Just looking for input on two things:

1- I’m gonna be making a proper tags page soon so that this blog is easier to navigate for people looking for things. Tags I plan to include are: coldflash, len posts, barry posts, gifsets, music/playlists, videos, legends of tomorrow, commentary/meta, geography, central city, and gen (general) flash, as well as tags for my long fics (73 seconds, aatjs, tumbling together), and my tumblr drabbles/writing (many of which don’t make it onto AO3 so i’m sure it’d be nice if they were easier to find). if there’s any other tags you me to make sure i include on my tags page, let me know!

2 - i've discovered i really enjoy content creation (writing, commentary, research, and even making gifs). so while i know i don’t really do writing prompts, if there’s every commentary you want me to do or elaborate on or questions about the show, please ask away :) i know many of you already do, but just in case i thought i’d post this reminder, and i’m especially happy to do commentary/analysis for specific scenes. 

Reply: As far as I know, the names were decided waaaaay back when the original comics came out and don’t have any particular meaning. A quick survey of some of the characters’ names on babynames.com shows that there isn’t much association between the name and the character (i.e., Barry’s full name doesn’t have any association to ‘hero’ or ‘fast’ or ‘brave’  or anything, and so on).

There are obviously some names that do have certain pun-like properties, like Kyle Nimbus who becomes a poison cloud, or Roy G. Bivolo (Rainbow Raider), whose name is an allusion to the RGB color spectrum. But I don’t think any of the main names were chosen with anything particular in mind? Though if someone has any other information on that, please let m eknow?

As for “Snark”, it’s a handy portmanteau (though I pretty much never cross-over ship especially across universes like Marvel/DC).
