Ingredients: 6 sheets nori seaweed. 2 cups sushi rice. 1 avocado, sliced. 1/2 cucumber, julienned. 6 imitation crab sticks. Sesame seeds, for garnish. Soy sauce, for serving. Pickled ginger, for serving. Wasabi, for serving.
Instructions: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top. Arrange avocado slices, cucumber strips, and crab sticks in the center of the rice. Using the bamboo mat, roll the sushi tightly, starting from the bottom. Wet the top border of the nori with water to seal the roll. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
