Took a friend down to Dean Village this week and thought of them

You know, I was going to add this to my weekly recs but considering how long I’ve been waiting for this day, I thought that this one deserves its own special shout out. 2 and a half years I’ve been following this fic..and the final chapter was posted YESTERDAY!!! You can only imagine how distraught I was when I clicked on Updated in my Bookmarks and saw it there. I really almost started bawling. I mean 2 and a half years? I’d been agonizing over this story for 2 and a half years! It so crazy to think about now that the fic is finally complete but OH MY GOD it was so worth it! You know it was if I, along with so many others, waited for Dean and Cas to get their heads out of their asses for so long. There is such depth and emotion and beauty and...AGH its so good!! I could wax poetics about it all day and I want you all to feel the same, so please help yourself and read this! You will not regret it, I promise.

Her approach to blending religion, history, social justice, and queer-affirmative sexual ethics really falls in line to my beliefs. It's a really rad text!!

are you religious/spiritual? i'm christian and my spirituality is deeply, deeply important to me!!

do you love easily? platonically, yes, i think! I'm very careful about who I trust and I read people a lot, but if I find someone trustworthy and kind, I love them very much!! but romantic love is very, very difficult for me. trauma and junk.
