Hello all! I love coining stance flags and have had this on my mind for a while now. I've loved the Nonor label for many reasons as it's separate from Queer, and can be more inclusive to identities not deemed queer by society (pretty much anything not a gender or orientation.)

And I've decided! Why not a flag for us who are even MORE non-normative than others. This includes Nonhumanity, complex system/plural experiences, TransIDs (and especially TrisIDs), unacknowledged labels like Ci & Ti [1], those who reject the Trans/Cis dichotomy all together regarding their identity, complicated worldviews ("contradictory" discourse stances, rejection of societal norms, experience moral shifts, etc.), Para pride, Non-Queer Nonors, etc!!

Radnonor is radically accepting of ANY non-normative identity that is done in good faith. Good faith here is defined as an identity that is labeled without intention to mock, harm, or harass others. Radnonor is against labelling anything as inherently harmful or "bad faith," and believes everything should be taken by a case-by-case basis, with few exceptions*! Always be critical and questionable of things that may cause harm or can be used as a tool to harm, caution keeps us safe.

Of course, is always anti-harassment, and is against calling any slightly critical or curious question about an identity or reason for the identity harassment. Primarily promotes blocking over reporting, however, finds sometimes reporting is necessary for safety. Radnonor also promotes keeping NSFW/NSFT out of main tags of any space, or at least properly tagging them.

Outside of the few notes below (under the cut), Radnonor is generally unset on discourse, outside of being radically inclusive of any Nonor identity. (Well, not really unset on discourse, just intended to be a discourse-free space.) Feel free to use this term for yourself if you call yourself Nonor, but don't typically prescribe to discourse labels (or prefer to coin your own), or don't really fit into certain coining cliques.

This term is generally inspired by Radinclus, Critinclus, and FLEUR. Could be considered a Critinclus version of Radqueer maybe. Just generally being Nonor all around in that aspect, I guess when it comes to discourse. Lowkey wanted to also explicitly include a space for those who refuse or dislike to disclose their Trans-Cis status for any ID. (I plan I coining a term for this, a general ID term and a -punk stance term.)

For emoji code I guess maybe 🌇🎆 could work? It's similar enough colors to the flag I guess.

LGBT (even with the + or different additional letters) is too limited (even if you view them as umbrella terms), GSA is exclusionary or forgetful of sex variant/expansive people, and MOGAI centers marginalization, effectively focusing on the victimization(s) of those orientations, genders, and identities, while again, also forgetting sex variant/expansive people (though I guess you could claim they're under the "identity" label?) and includes things which I find…. hmm… problematic, to say the least. No hate to anyone who prefers these labels, I just have issues with them, so I'm coinin' my own.

SexGender (&/or) Sexuality Variant covers everyone who isn't perisex/dyadic/endosex(ed), cissexual/gendered, heterosexual/romantic, etc., as well as those who don't conform to kyriarichal norms (monogamous, reproductive, gender conforming, etc.), who are/will be negatively impacted by the enforcing of kyriarchy (Eurocolonial, allonormative, amatonormative, mononormative, repronormative, pericisheteronormative, sex-negative, binarist, gender/bio essentialist/centrist, etc. etc.) (Technically, it also includes perisex/endosex/dyadic, cis, hetero, etc. people because it's inclusive of all variations, but the primary focus is on those who are primarily impacted by the enforcing of kyriarchy.)

SGSV doesn't center victimization or marginalization, nor does it present these things as being exceptions or "others" to the "normal" Eurocolonial allo/amato/mono/repro/peri/cis/hetero/patriarichal (kyriarchal) POV; it presents them as being natural, normal, and harmless variants of human sexgender, and sexuality and expression of these things.

SGSV doesn't list off specific identities, lumping the others under a + or adding a fuckton of letters; it doesn't cause discourse over what order said letters should be in, which should be included/excluded, etc.; it's broad, inclusive, and far-reaching, with little else needed to be added or changed, as it includes anyone and everyone who is variant (or diverse/expansive/whatever) with their sexgender &/or sexuality/romance/relationships.

It's also slightly less US centric and can be translated based on the appropriate words (if any) for sex/gender and sexuality within a given language.

It's also not a slur that SGSV people might have trauma with, nor does it have origins in respectability politics, like a certain slur that white US city folk tend to favor. coughs

Intersex, transsexual, bi/multi/xenogenital, altersex, nullosex, AGABpunks & other varsex people; as well as transgender, nonbinary, abinary/atrinary, agender/genderless, multi-gendered, antibinary/third-gender, xenic, genderfluid people, & etc. (including microlabels or more specific terms) are represented due to being sexgender variant; it also covers drag artists, crossdressers, gender non-conforming people (tomboys, femboys, butches, etc.), cis+, and anyone who has a sexgender &/or sexgender expression/presentation outside of what Eurocolonial kyriarchy dictates appropriate. (It can also arguably represent disabled and/or bi+poc and/or children due to how kyriarchy views and degenders their bodies sometimes; if there are any labels for these phenom please let me know.)

Same sexgender attracted (homosexual, lesbian, gay, bi, sapphic, achillean, enbian, diamoric, detacian, French, "with enough beers I could be", "only for Hozier", etc.), arospec, &/or acespec people are represented due to being sexuality variant; it also covers fetishists/kinksters/paraphiles (objectum, ficto, etc.), sex workers, whores and sluts, polyamorous &/or ambiamorous people, non partnering &/or single people (voluntarily or otherwise), sologamists/soloamorists &/or self partnered people, child free people, interracial relationships, interfaith relationships, interability/interable relationships, amatopunks, and anyone who has a sexual/romantic/relationship outside of what kyriarchy dictates appropriate. (monogamous, m/f, both of the same race and religion, reproductive, vanilla, etc.)

All three of these (SGS) letters cover anyone who may be questioning their sexgender, and/or sexuality. By the mere act of questioning, you're variant, because the norm of kyriarchy is to never question, to fit into the box you're told to be and act/be the way you're told to.

I prefer "variant" to "diverse" or "expansive" because the latter words make it seem like kyriarchy is de facto "normal" or "real", instead of just another type of existence. Cishet is a variation of human gender/sexuality; it's not "the norm" outside of kryiarchal ideology and I refuse to treat it as if it is.

TO MY KNOWLEDGE I'm the first to have coined this. Feel free to use and/or give your thoughts on. I'm trying to make it as intersectional as possible, but. Hm. It is not perfect; this much I know. But I like it better than LGBT, GSA, MOGAI, etc. etc. because it's open ended, inclusive, and pisses off the most people :) Obviously you can use whichever term you personally prefer, I'm just throwing mine in the ring so to speak.

Disclaimer that I'm a neurodiverse varsex apothibinary trans bisexual (I'm one of those annoying people who has a shitload of labels to describe their experiences) and that I have trauma (among other issues) relating to the q slur/word, which is why I'm trying to find a label that will work for discussions of sexgender &/or sexuality variance and issues relating to said things that's more inclusive towards all affected by these issues while also not being triggering to those of us with trauma relating to different gender/sexuality based slurs. It's not perfect, but I like it. Please make any and all death/rape threats easy to read and remember to attack my identities, neurovariance, and other attributes when you send them.

This is a human experience and it would be wrong (not to mention amoral, bigoted, and against my personal code) of me to gatekeep language and terminology (hermenutical/epistemic injustice), especially that which revolves around sexgender and experiences of sexgender variant people.

Even if we disagree, slightly or absolutely, on some or all things, I still want you to have language that describes your experiences. You don't need to recoin it, it's here for all to use. I block freely, but even if you're blocked by me (or vice versa), you can still use this term.

Feel free to spread the word &/or post it on other sites/archives/etc., though credit to Leighton S. (and/or my tumblr username: ugh-leigh-nb) (they/xe) for its origin would be greatly appreciated. It was originally coined in April/May/June ish of 2025.

flaviane is like, an inviane subterm for when your gender/allion/etc simply is a flag, and that flag can be anything. like country flags, identity flags, ship flags, etc, the identity doesn't have to relate to what the flag means it just has to relate to the flag itself

flaviane terms don't have their own flag due to their nature but could definitely have a symbol! if anyone's willing to make one go on ahead and tag me :> (you don't have to it'd just be cool to see)

There are many reasons one could identitfy as this including (but not limited to) nonhumanity, aligning with one's agab and xenogenders, or being agab non-conforming.

things like anxiety pride flags being reblogged with or commented on with "i don't get pride from my anxiety", "this doesn't need a pride flag, these don't fix anything. bad post op", "news flash! not everything needs a flag! jesus fuck" "i have anxiety and i'm 1000000% sure that people who have anxiety aren't proud of it! and it ruined many years of my life! so fuck you!"

and, i totally get that. sometimes people aren't proud of something because it makes their life worse. but for some, it helps them cope. for some, it's part of who they are, and pride flags give us a way to express that

and especially in liom circles, pride flags aren't always about pride as in "i am who i am and i'm proud of it". sometimes they're more about "this is who i am, and this is what i experience, and this is a part of my identity"

for me, it's a mixture of both. me identifying with and using pride flags for my disorders and mental health conditions and things of that nature is my way of fighting ableism on a small scale. it's the same reason i make jokes about my anxiety

i'm disabled and i'm depressed and i have tons of anxiety and i'm selectively mute and i'm proud of it because it's part of me and i can't control it. and i'm oppressed because of it all the time. and that's fucked up, and so i take pride in it.
