to be fair, a big part of my interest in the Rooms is its nature as a thing that barely changes over time (to the point that it leads to its own rot). they’ll always be there – not like they can leave in the first place! it’ll come back at some point. i have too many loose ends to tie up (my one million different rooms-related projects)

YESSSSSSSSSS YES YES YESS IT IS QUITE LITERALLY MY CHILDHOOD. I remember actually celebrating when vs Golem came out. i love terraria so much but stickman vs terraria genuinely has a big part in shaping my perception of the game – i think the only reason the twins are my favorite boss was because i found them really cool in the animation

As far as I'm aware, there's been an art trend going around where artists are drawing Backrooms but in the style of different eras of art in history (caveman paintings, Greek vases, Picasso's works, etcetera... my favorite has been an artwork of the Backrooms with the short story The Yellow Wallpaper!!!!) and it seems the trend has spread into fandom spaces too (if you sift thru my recent favs you can see a Parkour Civilization one)

it's such a fascinating trend and probably my favorite trend ever right next to the [AS] one from the early 2020s <33333333
