CHAR: GASPER VAKILI
Notorious in Attollo's Under AND Upper City, Gasper Vakili made his debut 3 years ago when he took over The Arcs from his ailing father. Since then, Gasper has not only repaired the damaged organization, but has taken it to new heights in his personal war against both The Crowes Court and Ovo. From arson to burglaries, it seems that The Arcs want nothing but the destruction of both group's plans.
The only son of an already infamous mob leader pre-Rapture, Gasper has had nothing but family expectations placed on his shoulders since the moment he was born. When his powers of aerokinesis triggered at 14, these expectations were only built upon, with Gasper being declared the future leader of The Arcs after his other siblings passed it on.
Gasper's personal vendetta against two of the biggest organizations in Attollo is built on a foundation of morality and disgust; Gasper carries the firm belief that a government should be elected in, rather than passed from one member of a family to the next. Because both Ovo and The Crowes Court contradict this belief, Gasper fully intends on preventing either from stepping into power. Beyond this, a past offense involving the two groups that cuts deeper than a professional relationship also acts as a major motivator.
As mentioned, Gasper is the only son; rather than being raised by his father, however, he was raised by his 4 sisters who have also gone on to make names for themselves in the Under City. Gasper has a great deal of respect for his sisters and frequently maintains contact with them. Players can meet Gasper in chapter 2.
