I got the new Apple Watch. I keep an eye on my blood oxygen level. It stays at 98-99% typically. I’ve been wearing a mask for about a hour. I noticed I started to feel very uncomfortable with my breathing so I checked it out. Down to 93%. I pulled it off and 3 minutes later it is up to 97%.
