⁣ Canon EOS 250D | 18mm | 1/250s | f/14 | ISO 100⁣ Taken on 25/07/2020.⁣ ⁣ The Orco Valley in the region of Piedmont is home to a wealth of waterfalls rushing rapidly down the mountains.⁣ ⁣ This wonderful waterfall in Noasca may seem like a close-up shot, but I was actually that close to it! I managed to obtain that shot by following a hiking trail (548 B) starting from behind the village church in the small village of Noasca.⁣ ⁣ After around 15 minutes of steep climbing (a difference in height of 42 metres) and zigzagging through the woods, I reached this open space called 'the terrace' where I saw waterfall was gushing out of the mountain. What a spectacular sight it was to behold!⁣ ⁣ What I learned after I'd made my way back down was that this waterfall is one of the most famous in the whole of Piedmont due to its height of 32 metres, its ease of accessibility and its superb setting.⁣ ⁣ In addition, it's one of a small number of waterfalls where it's possible to pass behind it via a cave and observe it from a privileged position.
