Um vinho de sobremesa porque a vida está sendo doce comigo... . Este é o “Nivole 2010” um Moscato d’Asti DOCG da belíssima vinícola @MicheleChiarlo, no Piemonte. . É elaborado com 100% Moscato Bianco e fermentado em autoclaves, à baixa temperatura, até atingir 5% de álcool. Depois passa por micro-filtração e é engarrafado. . Tem na taça essa linda cor amarelo-ouro brilhante. Ao nariz, pêssego, damasco e tangerina, com um toque floral. Na boca tem dulçor leve e acidez média-alta, tudo em equilíbrio. O corpo é médio- e tem frutas (tangerina e damasco) com longa persistência. . Que delicia de vinho! Doce na medida para acompanhar a sobremesa, mas sem ser doce demais e se tornar enjoativo. Graças à boa acidez que equilibrou o conjunto e segurou bem a idade (10 anos!). Gostei muito! 91 pontos. . .
