Both arms are immediately dead, left arm in immense pain and the right arm weirdly numb. Turns out Sora's "body armour" is actually a brace, and her right arm feels weak and numb a lot. After some detective work, Nya figures out Kai has been dealing with some INTENSE chronic pain in his left arm post-merge. Words are had.

All the older ninja go into a huddle to try and figure out who has the debilitating back pain, and Arin awkwardly has to explain he dragged Ras's unconscious body across the desert. Lloyd very nearly starts crying.

After a bit of talking everyone realises the mild scratchy feeling in their throat is ALSO part of the pain thing. This one is a bit more difficult but eventually it's discovered that Wyldefire's constant yelling and roaring isn't good for her vocal chords. She is gobsmacked to find out this isn't normal.

Everyone has weird tingly fingers and Jay is aggressively making fun of everyone everytime they drop something

Things calm down and everyone starts to get through the temple when suddenly everyone has an awful splitting headache and collapses- except Zane. Who once a day, has a VERY LOUD reminder of what his core purpose is and who his loved ones are ringing through his head just incase he develops amnesia. Words are had. again.

YEARS? EXCUSE ME? YOU’RE TELLING ME HE’S BEEN A RUNAWAY FOR YEARS?! Which means that unless he found a family member or a friend’s place to crash for all that time, he’s been homeless for who knows how long. My poor son :(

The fact that people always mention Lloyd being homeless for a few months before and during season 1 instead of mentioning how Cole hasn’t had a proper home in heard really shows the favoritism this fandom has 😒

Alrighty, Morro fanartists and fanfic writers, I will love ya if you (because of this season) start writing Morro with:

Claustrophobia (since he’s been stuck in the belly of the beast twice.

Throwing away his life for others (‘cause he’s a guardian and probably kept himself in the spectral lands also because of his guilt)

Completely believing destiny will always be after him (doesn’t fight it anymore, just believes that fate will constantly force him to pay for his actions, since despite being good now, he still got taken out)

Scared of dragons (Morro only had one when he possessed Lloyd’s Energy dragon, and now a big one he tried to help hurt him)

Constantly tells everyone he meets that if they find a guy named Wu, basically to tell him sorry and that Morro was trying to be better.

They kept promoting the phrase change anything change everything when it comes to time travel. So when the future ninja bring the past golden weapons together with the future ones. They then immediately launch the golden weapons into space.

I thought to myself wait a minute wouldn’t that mean the events of season one and two would change dramatically. That or the timeline would split into two.

Allow me to explain by going through each episode of season one and some episodes of season 2

Pilot- samukai wouldn’t have died and garmadon wouldn’t have been able to leave the underworld. Not to mention they wouldn’t have access to their dragons.

Episode 1 - They wouldn’t have discovered that there is more to their elemental powers. Or have their dragons or even discover the green ninja prophecy at all

Episode 2 - Nothing really except not having their dragons to rescue them from the treehouse

Episode 3- this one is actually significant considering they wouldn’t have been able to summon their vehicles in order to get Jay’s parents the anti venom this meaning they would have turned into snakes.

Episode 4 - nothing really except Zane might not get a vision of the green ninja

Episode 5 - They wouldn’t have had a quick escape method from the hoard of serpentine

Episode 6 - nothing really that I can think off

Episode 7- Zane wouldn’t have been able to defeat the tree horns as effectively. Or even activate his true potential

Episode 8 - Jay wouldn’t have been able to activate his true potential

Episode 9 - Cole wouldn’t have been able to activate his true potential

Episode 10 - Kai would not have been able to disturb the volcano and realize Lloyd was the green ninja. Also activate his true potential.

Episode 11 - nothing really

Episode 12- they would have had massive trouble without their elemental vehicles to get to the snake train.

Episode 13- How would they have fought off the devourer without their weapons. Not to mention how would have garmadon defeated the devourer without their weapons

Season 2

Episode 14 - garmadon wouldn’t have been able to take charge of the serpentine or repair the bounty

Episode 15 - garmadon wouldn’t have been able to bring back captain soto and his crew.

Episode 16 - garmadon wouldn’t have been able to make doubles of the ninja

Episode 17 - Garmadon wouldn’t have been able to enter the race or make the canyon to block the ninja

Episode 18- garmadon couldn’t bring back the grundle or make the ninja young and that means that Lloyd wouldn’t have been aged up

Episode 19- Garmadon wouldn’t have been able to go back in time in the first place

Before yall mention that the time episode was about preventing Lloyd from becoming the green ninja. Which is true. But consider this… He would have still tried to live up to his father’s legacy and be evil.

The most likely answer is that the timeline split into two separate streams with one being the timeline we know and the other what I have described above. (I am also treating this with the idea that the serpentine were still released)
