These gluten-free grilled chicken nuggets are great for people who can't eat gluten or who want a healthier alternative to regular fried nuggets. They taste great and are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces. 1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil spray.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Use a little olive oil spray on the chicken pieces. Cover all of the chicken pieces with the breadcrumb mixture. Put the coated chicken pieces on a grill that has already been heated up. Grill for five to six minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked all the way through. After they're done, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with the sauce of your choice.
