Sigh. I have been MIA from my blog for quite some time. Iāve been so busy with family, photography, editing, NILMDTS both volunteer and Iām pretty sure I never had a chance to mention thatĀ I am now working part time (since end of February) as the Volunteer Care Specialist as one of very few staff for the entire worldwide organization. If you know me, you know this is a passion of mine and no doubt about it, I am trying to move mountains by throwing my heart and soul into it even more than I already was. So yea, Iāve been busy. I even got to go to Denver for a Volunteer Leadership retreat which was amazing to get to meet most of the people Iāve been working with over the last few years. I also was able to see my aunt, uncle and cousins quick too!
In between all that we managed to do so many fun things and I have been out living life. My mom came to visit over St. Pattyās Day weekend, then we had Easter and Tylerās mom came out for Spring Break. The following week I went to the NILMDTS retreat and then our whole family went on a fun farm field trip.
We went on a vacation over Motherās Day weekend to Seabrook, WA for a long weekend with friends then my parents came out together to celebrate Conner and my dadās birthdays. While they were here we had beautiful weather so we were outside most of the weekend at Rig a Palooza and then took the opportunity to play tourist a bit by going to the zoo and the ferris wheel downtown! Then just last weekend over Memorial Day we went camping in Leavenworth. And this week Vivian had a big milestone as she lost her first tooth!!! We noticed that she had two of her adult teeth popping in behind her bottom baby teeth and sure enough pretty much two days later her first tooth came lose and right out!
Claire is on the potty training bandwagon and Iām pretty sure this weekend might be the time to try to go cold-turkey.... she finally gets it and itās a matter of consistency which has been completely my fault. It has been a fun whirlwind these past months and I cannot believe it is already June - in less than a month our baby will be two and boy is she full-blown toddler at this point. So. Much. Sass.
Anyway, a lot has happened and hereās a little glimpse into all that fun stuff!

[On May 31st Vivian lost her first tooth. The Tooth Fairy was unable to collect as someone lost her tooth after her mom told her to keep it safe on the counter... a lesson quickly learned - she wonāt know till sheās 30 but mom is always right. Luckily her second tooth is sure to be quick to follow so I think the Tooth Fairy will be by soon enough.]
