We finally got our Christmas books in the mail, so we got to add to our collection and continue our nightly Christmas story read. I love that both my boys love books so much. I love that Hunter is getting so much better at putting sounds together and reading bigger words. These are the moment that kill me during deployment. These small intimate moments that daddy misses. Third book finished this year! Dean Koontz is one of my favorite authors and Odd Thomas is one of my favorite books. I've loaned it out, forgot where it went and rebought it for the need to always have this book. The movie was actually a very good adaptation of the book (and it was horribly sad that the excellent actor who brought Odd to life died last year).
