Terra Metals Limited (ASX: TM1) has taken a major leap forward in its exploration journey with the announcement of a $4 million strategic investment to fast-track work on its flagship Dante Project in Western Australia. Announced on 13 June 2025, this landmark funding initiative comes at a crucial phase of development as the company aims to establish itself as a frontrunner in Australia’s critical minerals sector.
The capital raise was executed via a placement of 114,285,715 new ordinary shares at $0.035 per share, successfully drawing the attention of two heavyweight investors—Golden Energy and Resources Pte Ltd (GEAR) and Matthew Latimore of M Resources Pty Ltd.
This investment is not just a financial injection; it’s a strategic alliance. GEAR is a well-established player in the energy and resources space, while Latimore’s M Resources brings considerable expertise and industry networks.
