Ooh, cool! It’s so custom-tailored to me that it was like ... well, maybe nobody else would be into this, but I love the idea, so whatever. I’m trying to think of how I could make all the pieces come together into something actually watchable (and lol, I have almost no experience with scriptwriting), but it’s fun!
#i'd probably commit minor blasphemy and bring down the register of the dúnadan characters' dialogue#the gradations in register across so many social groups is really cool in the book#*are#but we always come back to relatively 'normal' diction#which wouldn't happen here except through more minor variances between characters#and lol i'd have to decide who the actual main cast is#and figure out how to evoke the gondorian ~atmosphere#the standing silence for sure#and statues/icons/mosaics/etc of historical figures (bonus easter eggs!)#i would probably go with my ivriniel and lothíriel headcanon#partly for some female characters and partly because i wanna#and we'd need scenes w/ the northern dúnedain well before they show up in the book and beyond what we know about them#it's like... 1/4 adaptation to 3/4 fanfic#nevertheless!!#/#anghraine babbles#legendarium blogging#respuestas#gondor the series#nice things people say to me
