BABS: Well lady, you certainly gave Soren a run for her money – what did you and Soren decide to do?

LAVENDER: Not this is a surprise to anyone, but I told Sharon I think it’s best. I work on me right now.

CHRISTIAN: Come on, we just getting to know each other; don’t tell me you’re still gonna leave and travel the worlds now? 

LAVENDER: ( Laughs ) you can always come with me; there’s clubs everywhere – you can do your own DJ tour.

CHRISTIAN: For real? You think so? 

ALICIA: Did Lola get to meet Meg? 

RAE: Yeah; she’s shooting her shot as we speak. Gotta love her confidence. 

ALICIA: You certainly know about confidence; who hits on someone while they’re in the middle of a dating show?

RAE: I listened to the podcast; the minute y’all friendzoned, I knew I was comin’ for you.

ALICIA: Well, you got my attention; what are you planning to do to keep it? 

RAE: I get attention for a living; I’m not worried about that. Question is – you gonna be able to keep up?

LAVENDER: I know it’s spontaneous, but it might be nice having some company. Let me know what you think; I’ll be here for at least another day or two.

CHRISTIAN: How about this – me and my crew are all set up to go to the Stem parties; if you can chill for a little bit, then I’ll take that ride with you afterwards?

LAVENDER: I don’t know; it’s gonna be weird going to those parties with people looking at me weird and everything.

CHRISTIAN: You ain’t gotta worry about none of that. I’mma be with you; ain’t nobody messing witchu if you wit me. 

CAIRO: Where you been?

BLAIR: Meeting Meg – you don’t wanna go? 

CAIRO: I ain’t worried about that. Come here.

BLAIR: What’s up? 

CHRISTIAN: Uh, I hope I’m not disturbing you. But I wouldn’t have been able to forgive myself if I didn’t come over and say hello. I’m Chris. 

LAVENDER: Nice to meet you.

CHRISTIAN: Just wanted you to know that I thought what you said about therapy and growth was really beautiful. It takes a lot of strength to do what you’re doing. 

LAVENDER: Thanks – I don’t feel very strong, unfortunately. 

CHRISTIAN: Are you kidding? It takes balls to put yourself out there. Plus, tell everyone you’re going to therapy on top of that? Come on – you gotta give yourself some credit for that. 

LAVENDER: Really? I’m sorry, I’m terrible with names. What’s your name again?

CHRISTIAN: Chris. Maybe you’ll remember me as Lavender Dream?

( Netta claps her hand to her forehead )

LAVENDER: Lavender Dream? The one person who always had my back in the chat? 

CHRISTIAN: For sure; I was rootin’ for you since day one.

I hope this doesn’t upset you, but I low-key hoped you didn’t wind up with Soren, cause I wanted a shot myself. And I promised myself to buy you a drink if I ever got the chance to meet you.

LAVENDER: I’d love that.

CLEMENTINE: No – other people call me that sometimes. You look familiar; have we met before? 

XOCHITL: Kind of. I’m Xo – you may remember me better as the flower girl?

CHRISTIAN: i’m in. You already know – I’m trying to get in to see Bruja Bravo so I can network.

NETTE: Don’t tell me y’all still beefing about last Pride.

SUNNA: (Facepalms) oh my God – I know y’all ain’t bringing up that old shit.

CHRISTIAN: No offense, Netta, but didn’t y’all just meet like the week before pride? Ain’t that kind of like bringing sand to the beach?

BABS: Oh wow. Can we know what changed? Or, is that personal? 

TALLY: Truth is, someone already has my heart; I just didn’t wanna admit it. I had to fix that. So understood that she told me she’s happy to know I’m happy.

SUNNA: Who the hell is she talkin’ about? 

HAYES: Don’t look at me, man.

BABS: Oh my god, that’s so romantic! Do they know?? Are you like, boo’ed up now?

TALLY: Yes girl, she knows. That’s all me now.

BABS: We gotta bring you back to the podcast to get all the tea!

I’m surprised, but I’m happy for you. Maybe it was a good thing you did this challenge; if not, you may never have realized where your heart was.

TALLY: I never thought of it like that. I think you might be right.

TATUM: When was this?? Why you ain’t tell us?

NETTE: I was going to, man. She wanted us to wait until the show was over before we started saying stuff.

SUNNA: And you honestly think she ain’t tell her crew?

NETTE: I‘on’t know; she said she was waitin’.

NETTA: I can’t believe she didn’t tell us. I outa beat her ass.

NETTE: ‘Sup H?

NETTE: Nah. Me either. No telling who she gonna choose. 

HAYES: Nice problem to have though. 

TATUM: Any of y’all talk to Netta? What she say? 

SUNNA: Man, ain’t nobody talking to that -

CHRISTIAN: I don’t know man. I can’t tell.

NETTA: Yeah. I can’t call it either. 

HAYES: Netta say they started booking their hotel rooms – we prolly should get on that too.

NETTE: You right.

SUNNA: Y’all are slow – I already booked it. You realize how fast them shits are sellin’ out?

TATUM: Where’d you book?

SUNNA: The usual spot; the place we got for pride – clean, cheap, and one train ride away from everything.

TATUM: I heard the VIP tickets come with passes to the express train 24 hours a day.

NETTA: I get it; Soren got a lot to choose from. But it was obvious she was feeling tally different than she was feelin’ them other girls.

ZALE: I don’t know about all of ‘em.

NETTA: Who? Ainsley got body, but I think they’re just friends. And that other girl Alicia is just boring. And don’t get me started on the crazy one.

CHRISTIAN: I noticed you ain’t mention that last girl, though.

NETTA: Light work. 

TATUM: Dang - Tally look good, huh? 

NETTE: Damn sure does.

BABS: We’re gonna get into this date in a minute, but I gotta talk about this dress. You look good, mama! 

TALLY: (Laughs) I feel good, girl. 

BABS: Y’all sort it off with a lot of heat – do you still have it, or have things changed? 

TALLY: i’m a keep it real with y’all - Soren and me will always be cool. But something changed in my life and I had to tell her about it. 

ZALE: Changed like what? 

NETTA: Oh my God.
