This was the first JayDick fic I ever read and it was absolutely perfect! The sexual tension was palpable, the competency of both Dick & Jason was sexy during the entire undercover mission, and the art is to die for.

This is one of the first fics I read in the Jaydick tag and I'm still just as obsessed with it now as I was then. Two Birds on a Wire is just so unbelievably gorgeous and hot. It's just a fic I will keep on rereading, over and over again.

Oh, this one is interesting! It was from a prompt for the 2020 Jaydick Summer Exchange so you’d THINK the first scene I came up with would be the one related to the prompt but, uh, it was not.

The prompt was “I met a half ghost on the midnight bus. An errand boy for death, he was shotgunning energy drinks, and cleaning blood out of his nails.” so like, really vivid, right? And since it’s for Jaydick, really, Jason’s the first one that comes to mind but also Injustice Dick is, you know, a literal ghost so I figure why not both, let’s do an Injustice fic.

Once I decided that, the scene I came up with that I built the whole rest of the fic around was actually the cottage in the woods, and Dick and Jason coming home to it, and Alfred opening the door. The whole rest of the fic, the dream sharing and the demons and the angst, was just to get them there :3

thank youuuu 😊😘 and i would be honored to talk about this a bit! this one is exploring steve's relationship to his body -- from the vita-ray onward -- and chronic pain and body dysmorphia and the sort of bizarre habits one might get from being deaf in one ear and then not, and really short and then not, being able to see/smell/hear really well all of a sudden and not truly understanding that it's not like that for everyone.

Nothing hurt. Not a single damn thing, except maybe Steve’s brain, from trying too hard to find the hurt. The hurt was gone. It was like probing the tongue into the fascinating new gap left by a lost tooth, only every single part of his body was both the tongue and the tooth. It almost hurt from how much it didn’t hurt. Almost.
