How does Gat and Kakashi react to Gai's three students being in a relationship?
It's not that the three of them are trying to hide their relationship. It's just that they don't really think it's something they have to tell their Sensei. To them, it seems pretty obvious, and he's always so good at reading people. Understanding their emotions and comprehending what's going on around him.
If anything, they're concerned about the fact that he didn't pick up on it sooner. that it actually took him two years to realize the shift in their relationship.
Once he does though, he can't stop seeing just how close his students are. How much more their relationship is than friendship. It's kind of a wake up for him, helping him realize why people never picked up on his relationship with Kakashi.
His students have the same sort of thing going. Their friendship comes first and builds up the relationship that they have, but there's a romantic part to it as well. A piece that few people have the privilege of seeing, but which they can never stop noticing once they do.
Gai is beyond proud of his students. He decides that it's his duty as their Sensei to take them out for a celebration dinner. A double date that Kakashi and he will proudly pay for. He wants to hear all about how his students got together, why they decided to start this relationship.

Kakashi's excited for the kids of course. He's happy to know that they're in a happy and healthy relationship, he just doesn't have the same enthusiasm as Gai. of course, this doesn't mean he's not a supportive Sensei.
Not only is Kakashi reigning in his own boyfriend when Tenten and Neji (who do not share his and Lee's endless enthusiasm) look uncomfortable or awkward, but he's also offering advice whenever one of them comes to him for help
It's not always the best advice, but they know he's trying. they appreciate his efforts.
