#negativity spell

needed something for a day to day boost, so i made a good day jar today.

sea salt: cleansing, protection

black pepper (i only had ground): rid evil, rid negativity

pink himalayan salt: rid negativity

catnip: promote joy

sage: peace, wisdom

thyme: overcome sadness

basil: dispel fears, success

lemon balm: longevity

lavender: ease depression

rosemary: cleansing, healing, mental clarity

charged with:

clear quartz: enhance intentions, clear negative energy

amethyst: increase willpower

green aventurine: opportunity, a balanced life

red jasper: protection, awareness, grounding energies

sealed with:

blue candle: peace, healing

black candle: absorb negativity

sigil: i used @hestiaswitch’s pocketful of sunshine

Stirring counter clockwise:

I banish all negativity. I banish it away from me.

This is a spell for @witchinggerman to help protect her from negative interactions from a certain someone. Feel free to use!

What You Will Need:

marker

black tea (banishing negativity)

Steps

1. Brew some black tea and put it in a travel mug to bring with you.

2. Draw a positivity sigil on yourself with a marker (preferably in a place that isn’t visible).

3. When you encounter a negative interaction throughout your day, take a small break and sip your tea. Visualize it washing positive energies over you.

4. Whisper or say in your head:

So a while back I sought out a way to release some seriously negative tension I was harboring due to the nature of my work. I gathered some ideas together and made my own rendition of a twig-snapping spell.

Goal: Release negative vibes in a non-destructive, harmless way that will not manifest itself into outbursts or sending out hate to those around you

Materials needed: A twig/stem/ branch that can be broken with your two hands (as dry as possible is preferable so it can actually snap rather than bend) I filled a small mason jar with a variety of sizes and thicknesses (ya know, for the times your REALLY need to get out some heavy aggression) 

Instructions: 

-Choose a twig/stem/branch you feel drawn to and hold firmly 

-Make a mental list of the things creating hateful feelings

-Concentrate on the anger/rage/ negativity you feel about these things and mentally channel them into your stick

-Take a deep breath and firmly say : “Big and small qualms alike (insert subjects of angst here ) are my plight. To these problems I will not subscribe. I break the bones of these negative vibes.”

- Snap the twig with purpose using both hands. 

- Take a moment to assess how your surroundings and how you feel. 

*My experiences* I’ve used this a couple of times, all at peak moments of anger. The first time I used it I was in my circle with several items and candles set around me. When I snapped the stick I heard several loud cracks. Upon turning around both the glass jar of a candle and a glass had shattered and the crystals around them had scattered a few feet back.

You will need the following items for this spell: 

1 white taper candle 

pine oil 

1 lighter 

1 candle holder
