I have a sneaking suspicion that a big part of the reason that nerd-friendly media tends to have a problem with excessive “well, as you know” expository dialogue is because a lot of it is actually written by nerds, and nerds really do exposit at each other like that, typically in order to contextualise some bizarre hypothesis or off-the-wall proposal we’re building up to.

OH MY GODDDDD. like in the epilogue where they all watch the draft at the bradleys’????? beautiful. i bunked Ice/Bucky together and Steve/Eli together, mostly bc steve/eli were already football roomies and like, the whole ice/bucky frenemies thing ……. to good to pass up. i was imagining the guests on air mattresses but pls imagine bucky and ice having to squeeze together?? i mean isaiah prob has a queen size bed but for boys of their size …… that’s a SQUEEZE.
