I've had a look but I can't find it I'm afraid - I wondered if NOS had the full matches saved (as they do with the 2017 Euros) but no such luck.
If you just want the match then it's available here, but it's the Optus Sport broadcast rather than the Dutch broadcast.
I was sent the clip of Viv and Mana hugging before the game, and Viv and Lisa with Mana after the game, by @moonlit-valleyy but I don't know if they, or anyone else has the full Dutch pre-match/match. Anyone?

I was rooting for the Netherlands because they have so many players that I love, but Japan played with their hearts and I hate it that it had to be decided on a last minute penalty like that. Ugh. Why is football like this. Can we not have penalties ever 😭
