You and Ten were on one of his most favorite kind of dates

a shopping date

where he drags you from store to store

and you both end up buy wayyyy too many clothes

but nonetheless you both always had fun

even when both you end up broke afterwards

and today was just one of those dates

where you both end in to the same shop and then split up into different areas in the store

after looking through racks of clothes and ended up not finding anything

you decided to go back to Ten and help him look around

to your surprise though

he was talking to one of his members, Johnny

Johnny’s back was facing you and as you were walking up to them you saw Ten get a bit flustered with a hint of panic in his eyes

neither of you have told anyone you two were dating

simply because you two wanted to keep it a secret for a little while

but with Ten getting all flustered out of nowhere

Johnny got suspicious as Ten kept looking to the side of him

so he turned around to see what he was looking at

you only had a mere seconds to pretend to look at the clothes to your left before you and Johnny could made eye contact

once he turned back around you laughed at yourself at how silly this all was

and how funny Ten looked all flustered as he tried to cover up his actions

deciding to put Ten out of his misery

and boy was Johnny and Ten shocked when you walked up and grabbed Ten’s hand and kissed him on the cheek

well mainly Ten

Ten was the most shocked

ok so!!!

Jaemin wow!!

the sweetest boyfriend ever!! Like !!!!

he’d also be the cutest boy ever like

he’d always smile at the ground when he gets shy

like right after he gives you a compliment

he just can’t help but smile while looking at the ground

Jaemin seems like such a great dude to be around

like it would never be boring with him

and he’s ALWAYS energetic as well

like just a happy virus

there’s no way you’d ever feel down when he’s around

I can honestly see him act all cute just so he could get some of your food

because simply asking for some is too basic and he just wants to be all cute for you

he’s also be so randomly cuddly and clingy

you two could be walking around the mall and he would just want to hug you

and not let go for a long while

and then when you two head into a store he’d just follow you around because he doesn’t want to separate

he’d also love to go to the park and just walk around

for the fresh air?

nope

he’s there to pet people’s dogs and play with them

sometimes you’d awkwardly stand next to the dog owner as their dog and your boyfriend are running around the park together

still you could never be mad at him when he has a big smile on his face

he’s just the cutest!!!

but there’s one more thing I want to add

y’all already know his voice is deep right?

one of the biggest mysteries in your life is why Johnny hated you so much in high school

it made your time in high school one big headache

anything you did would either earn you a scoff, eyes rolled, or laughter

you could be entering a classroom as he was exiting and he’d bump into your shoulder and scoff

any accidental eye contact you’d make with him he’d be quick to roll his eyes

and anytime you messed up during a presentation he’d be the only one who laughed at you

and since he hated you so much

you hated him just as much

you never scoffed or laughed at him to his face

but you definitely rolled your eyes at him and always ranted to your friends about him

and everyone knew you guys couldn’t stand each other

so when senior came around you both eavesdropped each other to find out which university the other one was attending

to each other’s luck, you were going to your dream college and he was going with his buds to another university across town

it was the best news you have ever gotten

and really pushed you to survive one more year with Johnny

now you were in your sophomore year of college and couldn’t be happier

except for the fact that you were broke!!

and were desperate for a job

at first you applied at places you were 100% willing to work at

but when you never landed them you had to apply at places that weren’t exactly your first or second options

finally you got stuck working night shifts at convenience store in the middle of town

you weren’t exactly thrilled

you’d rather be at your dorm, laying on your bed watching Netflix at night

but instead you would be standing on your feet all night probably selling booze to college students

you hated your job already and you haven’t seen shown up for your first shift yet

but when you did you wanted to scream out of frustration

your heart sunk and raced at the same time

there was absolutely no way this could happen to you, you thought

your coworker?

Johnny

out of all the people!!

You had to work Johnny all night long

someone you hadn’t seen in two years

someone whom you hated for years

and you could tell he wasn’t happy about it either

but since it was both of your firsts days 

you both played it professional in front of the person who would be training you for the first couple of hours

you both stood your distance from each other

with an occasional glare was given

but you both paid attention to what the store clerk was saying

and after the basic training was done he then asked, “Any questions?”

“Yes!” You both said.

“Is there any other shifts available?” Johnny asked

you nodded your head in agreement, “Yeah anything else?”

“Nope.” He said, “You both said you were willing to work at any hours, and I need two people to work here at night, so get use to it.”

he then started to pack his things and left you two alone

it was dead silence, with neither of you saying anything

“I can’t believe I’m stuck here working with you.” You said in disgust

“I can’t believe you’d actually work at a place like this.” Johnny said with one of his famous scoffs

for the next week you both still held onto a grudge against each other

heading into work with the worst mood

and hardly speaking to each other

but as more weeks went by, the grudge and atmosphere changed

since you two were adults now so you both sorta just dropped that grudge

but you guys still didn’t talk to each other much

a simple hello at the beginning of the shift

a single bye at the end of the shift

an occasional “can you hand me that?” Or “can you ring that costumer up for me?”

you guys were just talking like regular coworkers

although you started to see Johnny as a coworker

he started to see you as something more

it took awhile before he admitted it to himself

but damn he was starting to like you

like a lot

but he was also scared of that

what if he had hurt you so much in high school that you would never like him back

but he just couldn’t help liking you 

like while he was behind the counter ringing up costumers

he would be carefully watching you restock the shelves

and he’d love the way your hair looked that day

and the fact that you were too short to restock the top shelf

just because you’d later ask him to do it for you

he was just falling in love with everything about you

the way you sat behind the counter trying to studying and cramp everything before your test the next morning

he’d also love hearing stories for your university

“How come you never say anything about your college?” You suddenly ask one day

“I’m hardly ever there this year.” Johnny shyly admitted

“Miss home too much?” You teased

Johnny laughed, “No, it’s just... not fun anymore.”

“How come? Aren’t all your high school friends there?”

“Freshman year we were all friends, but this year we all sorta drifted apart. Which makes me so..” Johnny trailed off

“Makes you so what?” You asked curiously

“Makes me so frustrated” he confessed, “Instead of going to my college of choice, I decided to go off with my friends instead, and now we’re not even friends.”

you could sense that Johnny was upset

and decided not to say anything for awhile

allowing him to ease down

“That’s why I ask you about your college, that’s the college I wanted to go to.”

“You could always transfer over you know.”

Johnny smiled, “I was pretty miserable there but since I got this job it’s been better.”

“How? We spend our nights here, ringing up drunk college students”

“It’s not the job.” he laughed, “It’s who I work with.”

“Me?” You asked in disbelief

“Yeah, look I understand we hated each other back in high school, but I want to make it up to you! Our upcoming day off, let me take you out.”

you were shocked with the sudden offer but you have to agree, Johnny has changed since high school

“I mean, I was looking forward to finally have a night away from you, but I guess I’ll go with you.” You said teasingly

after that you saw that Johnny could not wipe away the huge smile on his face

but when the date night came 

both of you were really nervous

you asked your roommate about a thousand questions

“Do I look ok?”

“What should I say?”

“What should I do??”

but after a pep talk you were ready to go

the date did have an awkward beginning

but slowly became less awkward as the night went on

afterwards you guys went on a little stroll

where Johnny debated hundreds of times in his head whether or not he should ask you to be his girlfriend

in the end he decided not to

agreeing to himself that the night was too awkward and he didn’t want to rush anything

but the more and more you guys continued to work together and went on afternoon dates

the more you guys got comfortable and happy with each other

you both started going into work with smiles

and although you guys hardly got costumers

work wasn’t as boring as it used to be

it felt like you guys practically got paid to hang out

and it wasn’t until your birthday that Johnny finally asked you out

while out on a date at a restaurant you pretty much guessed Johnny had told them it was your birthday because all the waiters came out singing while placing a piece of cake on your table

but instead of happy birthday written on the plate it asked ‘will you be my girlfriend?’

which you didn’t noticed until the staff left

you were really surprised when you read it but you happily accepted

and were shocked at how romantic he could be

and things only got better from there

Johnny transferred schools and was now attending the same as you

where you guys could spend even more time together and have lots of study dates

and carpool to and from work

neither of you ever thought this feud could end like this

as soon as Haechan walked out the door alone

Mark headed back to his room and sighed

as a concern roommate Doyoung asked Mark what’s wrong

that’s when Mark ranted about how Haechan is always going places alone and he never knows where he goes, and he’s getting concerned for him

“We should follow him then.” Doyoung said, while getting out his phone to track Haechan’s location

although Mark was a bit hesitate he just followed Doyoung’s lead

because he was even more concerned for Haechan

after it was found out that Haechan was located in town

all that was left was to exactly find him without having him find them first

“Oh! He’s over there.” Mark said, hitting Doyoung on the arm to make him look

“How can you tell that’s him? He’s turned around.” Doyoung asked

“He’s the only one with red hair, of course it’s him.”

“But why is he alone at the movies? We would’ve gone with him.” Doyoung said

“I think he might waiting for someone.” Mark brought up

Mark and Doyoung watched as Haechan was standing alone checking his phone

he then looked up and smiled real big as you came towards him

all Mark and Doyoung could do was gasped real loud

they really had no idea that Haechan was dating someone

“Maybe we should go and leave them alone.” Mark said as he finally got an answer to where Haechan was always going to

“Don’t you wanna see what kind of person she is?” Doyoung said as he walked towards the movie theater

While Mark unwillingly followed

they decided to sit two rows behind you two

Mark was way more interested in the movie to really keep an eye on you two though

but Doyoung was like a hawk

weather it was a hand hold

looking at each other and laughing

or you simply resting your head on Haechan’s shoulder

Doyoung would tap Mark’s hand and report what he just saw

as the movie ended Mark and Doyoung quickly exited

“Just act natural as they come out.” Doyoung said

even before Mark could strike a natural pose you two exited

“What you two doing here?” Haechan asked, slightly confused

you stood behind Haechan trying shield yourself since they didn’t know you two were dating

or so you thought

“Haechan? You’re here too?” Doyoung said, trying to be surprised, “And is that your girlfriend that you never told us?”

that’s when you half appeared from behind Haechan and gave them a quick smile and wave

“I can’t believe you didn’t at least tell me about it.” Mark said

before Haechan could speak up, Doyoung interrupts him

“You know we should all go out and get to know each other.”

“Only if you pay for all of us.” Haechan joked

and just like that you guys went to the nearest restaurant and sat down and talked

you really opened up about yourself

and Haechan opened up about the relationship and explained why he was keeping it a secret

and by the end of it Doyoung and Mark were very happy for you two
