I typically use social media to promote the teams and athletes I coach. I am going to make an exception! My good friend (since 7th grade), Marc Burns has done a phenomenal job turning around the Mizzou XC program! Today, one of his athletes, Karissa Schweizer, won the NCAA National Championship in cross country! Karissa and fellow All-American, Jamie Kempfer, led the Mizzou women to a 16th place team finish! It is great to see good things happen for good people! Great job Karissa, Jamie, Mizzou, and Burnsy!!!
