I don't even know where to start. NC gives a lot of brand new arcs to characters cus of crucial details, but sometimes the biggest thing is characterization.

To throw here some lines, while also not elaborating so it could be done when asked in the future:

- Vintage has a very interesting dynamic with sbk2!Viking (specification because he is not sbk1!Viking, nor is he Yellow), even fully original backstory aside. They haven't seen each other since Vintage disappeared to SBK1, and when she came back? She was barely a shell of what she was before. Do you know what being closed in a small space does to your brain? Especially after doing so many horrible things? Part of Vintage never left the sewers, and that's what causes a lot of SBK2 events to happen, in one way or another. Now imagine that all you know is that she betrayed your god, and she refuses to tell you anything else.

- Do you think being a god is easy? Now try being a god while constantly being messed with, either by being put in a tube or literally being yoinked out of your body by some. . . Is that a dwarf? Some random dwarf that doesn't even try to pretend to be you. You are supposed to be a guardian of these people, you are their admin, but each and every time you try to help, it's either not enough, or they refuse. Trog just wants to keep them safe, but who will keep safe Trog?

I like to include in nix crypta what I wrote before the name of the idea was even born, which is Tell The Truth series focused solely on Alfedov and the fact that he is a snow golem. It pretty much was born organically while I was watching him for the first time (because I was baited on cool lore and didn't find it, and decided "fine I'll do it myself"). First thing I wrote was Snow statue but first thing a posted was Word play, which. Was a random text to my friend that I decided to throw at ficbook and it accidentally became one of the most popular works in the fandom-

About a year later I finally understood that whatever I'm doing with characters is not how others see it so I always had to specify it, and I grew annoyed by it, and asked my friends to give me a random pair of words to call my au. My dear friend submitted "snow grave" (uh-huh yes I know) and I translated it to Latin. First work published with this name in mind was Skin, apparently.
