Hello friends, Today I need a few tips from you runners. I have a problem. Today, a severe rupture has occurred on my left foot. I know that it is the change to my sandals, but I do not want to miss them anymore. The feeling of walking with you is indescribable, it feels free and easy. In addition, my bursa is filled with fluid on almost every run with running shoes, as good as gone. Also, the pain below the knee are completely gone. As a result, I run painlessly and economically, I notice the rising pace and the effortless running. I do not care about the pace, but the fact that I float around easily is a crazy feeling. I've been struggling with calluses on my heels for so long, sometimes it's better, sometimes worse. Now, however, a crack has occurred on the ball of the thick toe, which is today deeply torn. It's really so painful that I'm afraid of not getting my mile as Streakrunner tomorrow. Does anyone know the problem and possibly has to do with it and tips for me regarding a faster healing. Or tips on how I can stick it well so I can at least make the mile? I'm grateful for any hint. Would be stupid if I had to take a break right now where I broke my own record of the longest streak. And because of such a small thing, but the hell hurts when I occur. I'll spare you photos here. Now I hope for answers Your Streaki Dirk #lunasandals #barefoot #naturalrun #streakruning #run
