Paranoia got the best of Adalicia, from one known to not trust so easily on this island and two always inspect your food before you ingest it. No harm was really down really - just the mere feeling of needing to hurl when she found out one of the foods she ate had a dead bug inside of it. No, she wasn’t still being petty about it - it was already done but that still didn’t mean she was going to blindly trust her food to be bug-free - especially if it came from a pirate. Like she’s said - paranoia got the best of her. 

When lunch was severed at the cantine, Ada gathered her meal and drink before sitting by herself, yes she likes to be around friends but there were times when she just wanted to enjoy a meal by herself. That and she didn’t want to explain why she was so intensely inspecting her food just because she was embarrassed to tell them why she was inspecting it. So, she sat down and looked around to ensure no one was glancing over before picking up her fork and inspecting it - a little to close to make sure there was nothing other than the advertised foods in her meal.  

Genevieve was glad to see her nephew. They might not be blood, but he was still family to her, just as Olivia was. “That makes two of us” she said, began to use to her towel to dry her hair. She would need to shower when she got back to her villa, to get the salt and sand off her. But for now, she would settle for being somewhat dry. “I suppose its in our nature to enjoy being on the sea.” They were, after all, pirates.

“Is that a challenge?” she asked with one raised eyebrow. Genevieve preferred swimming to running, but she was in good enough shape that she could keep up with her nephew. Besides, her legs were long enough that she could keep up with most men anyway. “Because you should know better than to challenge me” she teased.

To say that Antoni was overwhelmed would be an understatement. From the moment he realized he was on an island, all he could think about was how he could find a way off and away from it. His gaze roamed around the villa, trying to memorize the exits, not that it would get him home sooner. Being entirely out of place in a new and unfamiliar environment made him wary, but it was masked with a frown that had yet to leave his face. “You couldn’t have bothered to get me yourself?” Antoni muttered as he waited for who had sent for him. After the last time, she was dared to jump into the water - she made an ass out of herself and Nathan was probably the last person she wanted to look like an idiot in front of just for the simple fact that she already knew he was never going to let her live it down. Though she did have to admit - she missed how fun her old friends were. “I don’t know - we don’t know what the hell is at the bottom. Sharp rocks - for example.”  

She was over analyzing perhaps, “You go first - just in case something is at the bottom - I can learn from your mistakes and not do it.”

Charlotte is a very versatile woman in bed. There are times she’d top the hell out of someone, but other times, she’s content letting someone else take control. Depending on her comfort level, her kink range varies from either vanilla to where you can’t look her in the eye while having brunch with your parents.

Charlotte does. She believes in soulmates, both the romantic and platonic variety, but she’ll never admit it.

Very slow. She doesn’t give it away often because she knows it’s temporary.

Charlotte hadn’t ever been able to vocalize how she felt. Ryan Abernathy hadn’t been the most overly verbal man in the world and the downside was Charlotte’s inability to communicate. 

I love you. Those were words she seldom spoke, only because they were so foreign. Showing someone she loved them was far easier. It could be shown in a myriad of ways, even if it was something simple. Nathan wasn’t supposed to hear the vocalized version of it. Charlotte had been so certain he was asleep.

Fuck.

Charlotte had loved him since their first spar with swords ended in a draw. They just hadn’t vocalized it and even with every time they separated and found their way together, it remained on the tip of her tongue.

“What this was…or is…it doesn’t just go away,” she pointed out quietly before rolling over to face him in the bed. Her head rested on her fist. “You don’t have to say anything back. I don’t expect you to.”
