Her body mass index (BMI) was 31.4, which left her feeling devastated and frustrated, as she believed no one liked her because of her weight. Additionally, she felt quite short at the time.
She is now working on boosting her self-esteem and improving her appearance so that boys will be interested in her. Motivated by her friends, she began exercising outdoors at their house. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic spread and reached her community, she initially thought it would prevent her from exercising. But she found a way to take advantage of the situation, as there were no classes, and she had more time to focus on her health.

Engaging in exercise help her to maintain physical health, boost energy levels, and improve her strength and endurance.
