Love blue and yellow characters
Six Characters I like
While we have no confirmation that Nanachi (Made In Abyss) is nonbinary, we have to consider that it's a possibility and that the author didn't slot them into the binary on purpose- but most of the fandom forcefully she/her's them anyway despite zero evidence to do so.
Nanachi has never ID'd as either binary gender, walks around with an exposed nonsex chest, uses a (rural, casual) gender neutral pronoun for self-refferal, and was visibly androgynous in their prior form, and in the EN official translation is referred to with they/them.
Being willfully ignorant of this and arguing that they're a guy/girl is an issue.
(That being said, if anyone reads the source material, be warned that the author is a creep and should not be monitarily supported- though this does not make Nanachi's case any less relevant, as it's an example that this issue extends beyond Toby Fox fans)
this is exorsexism
