I love Silver Falls State Park! They decorated for Christmas! They sold hot chocolate! Dad tells us this was his backyard growing up. Grandpa was the park ranger in charge way back when. So many cool stories! It was fun to walk around in a way that I could comfortably enjoy nature. A nice paved trail to my favorite, South Falls, and two other Falls we could drive to. Plus, winter means all the wasps and mosquitos have returned to Hell where they belong.
