Lijkt me heerlijk! Nachosalade met kip is a delicious and satisfying salad with crispy nacho chips, tender diced chicken, fresh vegetables, and flavorful toppings. It's perfect for a quick and easy meal or as a party appetizer.
Ingredients: 200g nacho chips. 300g cooked chicken breast, diced. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced red onions. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup salsa. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Place the nacho chips in a platter for serving. Diced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, and black olives should all be combined in a big bowl. To taste, add salt and pepper to the chicken mixture. Over the nacho chips, spoon the chicken mixture. Overtop, drizzle salsa and sour cream. Add chopped cilantro as a garnish. Enjoy and serve right away!
