I was definitely late to jump on the Spore bandwagon; but as I've seen on Youtube, there are still people actively playing it and downloading it. And while I definitely agree that it has its share of shortcomings, I can't help it; I still have a ton of fun with it. I absolutely love the ability to create your own creatures and interact with them in-game, particularly with the addition of the Galactic Adventures expansion. I'm by no means a pro Spore artist, but I definitely have my share of creatures that I've grown rather fond of. They range anywhere from creatures in mythology, to creatures from TV/movie/game series, to real animals on Earth, to my own original creations. And since the game's biggest downfall by far is the fact that the game's own online forum is barely even functional anymore to enable people to share their creations, I figured I might as well start posting some screenshots here from time to time, whether it's pictures of my creations or screenshots I've taken in-game. As I've said, I'm no professional. For starters, I try to keep them simple so they load fairly quickly in-game. Also, the pro Spore creature artists create their highly detailed creatures by disabling the creator limitations via the in-game cheatbox. And while this can make for some pretty jaw-dropping models, these super-complex creatures are unable to even appear in the game. Which, to me, is what takes the fun out of making them at all. The ability to interact with my own creatures is what keeps me playing the game above anything else.
