Things I wish I could tell this 21 year-old girl... You are such a beautiful soul. You will have your moments and have an ugly side, but it doesn't compare to who you are and who you will become. You have and will make a lasting impression on the people you meet and come to know, but you have got to make those attributes count towards yourself too. You don't need a guy to validate you, your beauty OR your body, EVER. Be kind to your body. Those skinny arms will come and go, the cellulite on your thighs will be exactly the same when you get to my age and you have no idea what a fat belly looks like because honey, you don't have one! You are built like an athlete, but you won't always be in shape. You create a little human and get your body back, but you go through some hard times and throw it all away, take it for granted only to realize afterwards how hard it is to take the time to love yourself and love the skin you're in. Nourish and nurture your body because one day very soon it will be in a lot of pain almost all of the time because you neglected yourself.
