Obviously the new InfoWars isn't quite as hard-hitting since Tim shit himself to death. But if you're a fan of that Tim and Eric / Adult Swim surrealist edgelord humor from the early 2000s, the Onion is very good at it. And about the current political moment.
This is very Millennial-coded and I kind of think they need to up the energy and shorten the segments, because genuinely funny stuff is getting buried in eye-rolly intentionally cringe weirdness. But it's still pretty good.
Hire some people younger than 35 and let them set the pace, and this will be great.

A Texas court has slashed a $50 million judgment against Infowars founder Alex Jones to $1.5 million over falsely calling the 2012 Newtown,
Mark Bankston, an attorney for Heslin and Lewis in Texas, shrugged off the appeals court ruling as “irrelevant” given that Jones still faces massive financial judgments.
“The families care not at all about this irrelevant ruling which affects only two of the 19 claims they all share. Jones still faces over a billion dollars of liability, so this changes absolutely nothing. All it does it highlight the absurdity of Texas law,” Bankston said.
Heslin and Lewis told jurors in the case that an apology wouldn’t suffice and called on them to make Jones pay for the years of suffering he has put them and other Sandy Hook families through.
