Today was a whirlwind but Sammy had surgery this morning and had tubes put in his ears. It was the first time we've been out in a public place besides a handful of pick up/drive thru lines in the car since March. It was a little like a ghost town, which is good I guess but sobering. Anyhow, more importantly my sweet boy did great and we were in and out. Seasonal allergies can make us so miserable! There are so many natural options that I just can’t live with out when everything starts to bloom in our area. Luckily, I already have these items on hand and can mix them up any time of the day or night! . . . This is a vapor stick that I drop 3 drops of each oil into. Then you place the cotton tube into the plastic tube and place at the opening of your nostril. Then inhale deeply. It instantly opens your nasal passages making it easier to breathe and function.
