This was a reading that I did for myself yesterday.and I think I found what my obstacle is.i think that it is control.i have a hard time letting go.i am also stubborn about change, thanks to my zodiac sign which is Taurus. I have been having trouble with meditations.i think that it's because with meditation, you have to let go and give up control of your mind and that's a scary thing to do for me. Practice makes perfect so I will keep trying so I can finally reap the rewards that it seems to promise me.
