Hello hello! I do indeed, though nothing incredibly concrete! @crypticscarecrow and I have been trying to figure out a good design for him, so it’s just a matter of ironing out the kinks and finding something that sticks!
What I do have is moreso scattered ideas on how he’d be in comparison to canon regarding the whole, y’know (gestures vaguely) living weapon thing. Again, none of it totally concrete, but moreso just ideas tossed around here and there.
Here’s a few!
Ex military; buzz cut but occasionally lets his hair grow out
Left hand is prosthetic, right arm is prosthetic— still has gauntlets for both
The gun legs in his canon design act as armor/plating for his legs in his human design
Helmet works like a real double barrel shotgun
this got fixed months ago but did you ever see the part on puzzles’s wiki that said he weighed 181 grams
I found it while on call with my friends and someone said “bro weighs one apple” and a different friend went and googled it and found that the average apple weighs 182 grams and came back to us all “HE DOES WEIGH ONE APPLE!!!” and I’ve sort of accepted it as canon in my heart because it’s funny as hell

Well now that you've asked me that I have to share my embarassing chart I made a few months ago when discussing the same thing with my partner.
It's technically a touch chart, as in where he can/can't feel due to his body being basically being rebuilt from the ground up, but WHATEVER IT STILL COUNTS!!!
He's basically ticklish everywhere, but he has more spots that are ticklish than others- such as his stomach, sides, back of the knees, antenna, neck, screen and dials.
